I bought this product on 20th Feb 2009 for my mother who found it fairly easy to use. But since the middle of March the screen on the phone has been freezing - pressing the buttons has not helped. The only way to fix the problem has been to remove the battery then replace - resetting the phone. This has been happening everyday since then and not surprisingly my mother has refused to use the phone. So I am not so happy with this product, but I suppose you get what you pay for, and it was cheap.

if you are like me and only want to make and receive calls and send texts, then this phone is ideal. only a couple of things i have found not so great with it. when writing texts the buttons are quite stiff,and even if you have the phone on silent and send a text, it tells you that message has been sent, but not silently! the battery life on it is great, have only had to charge it a couple of times since i purchased it, but again i am only a light user. i have also had to use the speakerphone a couple of times on it, and i found it worked really well. sony ericsson have made a nice h/set for basic users, but it does have a cheap and plastic feel about it..
