O2 Store Direct Promotions
1. O2 Store Direct promotions are available to upgrading customers only
between 28 September 2025 and 17 January 2025 on eligible Pay Monthly
tariffs subject to the terms below. O2 reserves the right to withdraw
or amend these offers at any time on reasonable notice. Participating
customers will receive 30 days notice via text message if changes are
made to their disadvantage.
2. O2 Store Direct promotions are available to customers upgrading to
an eligible Pay Monthly tariff in O2 Stores (excluding o2.co.uk), O2
Customer Services and O2 Telesales only.
4. Eligible O2 Store tariffs are 600 anytime minute plus tariffs on
simplicity, 18 and 24 month tariffs unless stated otherwise. Customers
moving to an ineligible tariff will lose their promotional allowances.
Existing customers are ineligible to take-up the promotion unless they
sign a new minimum term contract on an eligible tariff, but should note
that this may require payment of the monthly subscriptions for any remaining
minimum term of their existing contract.
5. Customers on eligible tariffs can choose one promotion, either unlimited
O2 to O2 calls or unlimited texts.
6. Calls forming part of the O2 to O2 promotional allowance include
calls to other O2 mobiles within the UK only. Texts forming part of the
promotional allowance can be made to UK mobiles only. Texts to international
mobile numbers are excluded.
7. On all unlimited promotions a fair usage policy operates above 2000
minutes or texts/month. O2may monitor your usage and request you tomoderateif,
acting reasonably, we determineit toconstitute abuse. If you fail to
change your behaviour following such request we mayimpose standard charges
or remove the promotion from your account.
8. Promotional allowances will be decremented before standard Pay Monthly
tariff inclusive minutes and messages.
9. Customers who disconnect and reconnect (for whatever reason) are
not eligible for this offer.
10. No cash alternatives are available. Promotional allowances cannot
be transferred.
11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
