During the Christmas period delivery dates will vary, see table and information below.

Don't worry if you haven't done your Christmas shopping, you can still order mobiles online by 12pm on 23 December for pre-Christmas delivery. Our courier will endeavour to deliver your gift on Christmas Eve by 5.50pm the latest. This includes mobile orders with a free Nintendo Wii, while stocks last.

Please note - on a few occasions our courier may be unable to deliver your package on time due to factors beyond our control. We can only apologise for this and any inconvenience caused. Next working day delivery is offered on the provision that you pass all security checks and the product(s) ordered are in stock.

We offer FREE delivery on all items delivered to mainland addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. All orders placed by 5pm that contain mobile phones or goods to a value exceeding £50 will be delivered free by courier between the hours of 9am and 5:30pm the next working day.

Orders that do not contain mobile phones and are less than £50 in value will be delivered by first-class post. Please allow 2-3 days for these goods to arrive

FREE delivery to mainland England, Scotland and Wales is subject to the conditions outlined below. Delivery to other UK locations is charged as follows:
    - Northern Ireland -    £ 9.99 per delivery
    - Offshore locations - £49.99 per delivery
Deliveries to remote areas and offshore locations may take up to 2 days longer.

All items delivered by courier will need to be signed for, in most cases it need not be the person who ordered that accepts the delivery. We can also deliver to a registered work address if no one will be at home - please specify this when placing your order.

Beyond the delivery window of 9am to 5:30pm we are unable to specify an exact time of day for delivery of your order. If no one is available to accept delivery at the specified address the package will be returned to your local delivery depot. A card will be left detailing how to organise redelivery of your order. Please note, our courier will automatically attempt to deliver the following weekday.

Your order may be delayed if:
- any unforeseen stock shortages occur - you will be notified by e-mail or telephone if this is the case.
- we cannot obtain immediate security clearance for payment of your order. The security of our customers is paramount so we therefore view these checks as essential to combat fraudulent use of payment and address details.
- any credit check queries arise on your pay monthly and upgrade orders. If further information is required we will contact you via e-mail or telephone. 

Order Queries/Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order by calling 0845 601 0411 (Mon to Fri 8am - 8pm, Sat 9am - 6pm, Sun 11am - 5pm). You will need to have your transaction number to hand.   Additionally, on the day of delivery you can receive a text message giving you an estimated time of arrival by visiting http://cpwh.whereismydelivery.com/ (this service only available for mobile phones and orders over £50).

Please note: whereismydelivery.com is not available for customers who have paid for the pre-noon delivery option.

This service is provided by a third party and the site may have a different security and privacy policy. CPW take no responsibility for third party websites, the content of the site or for any information submitted to the site.

SIM free Handsets
SIM free handsets must be delivered to your credit card billing address or a registered work address. We cannot deliver SIM free handsets to a different residential address.

Please note

- some accessories are sourced separately, therefore some orders may be delivered in more than one package.

- we can only deliver to UK addresses

- in order to ensure that your goods are delivered securely to you, deliveries to PO Boxes, educational establishments, hospital premises, MOD establishments or unverified company addresses are prohibited. Our experienced consultants will complete internal checks and if we feel your parcel is at risk from reaching you safely, we will deliver your order to your home address. Alternatively, we are happy to redirect the order to your nearest or most convenient Carphone Warehouse branch.
