If you’ve got a problem with your mobile phone bring it into any Carphone Warehouse store.
If your mobile phone, laptop or USB modem was lost or stolen, you can claim on our website or by calling 0800 049 4335 (calls may be recorded and monitored).
When you make a claim we'll need your name, date of birth, address and the policy number shown on your Certificate of Insurance. Please make sure you have these ready.
To make a claim online if your mobile was lost or stolen:
Fill out all sections of the form that appears at the bottom of your screen
Read the declaration at the bottom of the form and tick the box to accept the conditions
How do I change my address or bank details?
You can do this on our website. Just select what you would like to do from the dropdown menu. You can also call 0800 049 1067 (calls may be recorded and monitored).
Can I change the direct debit date for my insurance policy payments?
Yes - you can change your payment date if you pay monthly and have already made your first payment. To change your direct debit date:
If you cancel your policy within 14 days of the first payment being taken from your account, we’ll refund it and terminate your policy straight away.
If you cancel after this, we’ll cancel your policy and you’ll continue to be covered until the date covered by your last payment.
You can request a refund by calling us on 0800 049 1067 (calls may be recorded and monitored). We’ll decide if you're eligible for a refund - if you are we'll pay the money into your account within seven days
How do I make a complaint about my policy?
We hope you are happy with the service that we provide. However, if you are not happy with it for any reason we'd like to hear from you. You can complain in three ways:

Write us a letter including your name, date of birth, address and the policy number shown on your Certificate of Insurance. Send it to:
